Chris has worked at PLS for nearly 20 years, and currently oversees online and on-site (face-to-face) graduate and PD course development, programs, and initiatives for K-12 educators and leaders. She also manages the PLS instructor cadres and operations departments. She has expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, evaluation, assessment, instructor/facilitator preparation, and distance education. Chris’s 10 years as a higher education English instructor help her deliver effective, job-applicable courses to adult learners. Chris completed her Ed.D. degree from Wilkes University in 2019.
