PLS 3rd Learning Sponsoring 2017 Rural School Association of New York Conference

Buffalo, New York – For the second consecutive year, PLS 3rd Learning is proud to announce that it will sponsor the annual Rural School Association of New York (RSA) Conference.

The 2017 conference, themed “From Cutting Costs to Cutting Edge,” will include selected exhibits, recognized speakers, topical workshops, as well as opportunities for school board members and administrators to collaborate and network.

Michael Horning, Jr., Executive Vice President of PLS 3rd Learning, will present two breakout sessions to attendees. “SuperEval: The Online Evaluations of Educational Leadership” will cover SuperEval, the premier online tool for evaluating school superintendents and other administrators in leadership. “Our organization has a deep admiration for the mission and work of RSA,” says Horning. “We are pleased to continue our partnership as an advocate for a high-quality education for all students in our State regardless of their geographic location.”
